Caleb shares two analyst badge stories: a homicide investigation where he and his team used close-to-real-time video surveillance to track down the offender, and a jewelry robbery investigation where the offenders dressed up as construction workers to steal thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry. Caleb discusses his thought-process of transitioning from an officer to an analyst, and how the two positions compare and contrast. Caleb is currently a crime analyst for the Garner (NC) Police Department.
