Description: In this jam-packed episode, our guest, Charles (Charlie) Giberti, discusses the pay disparity between analysts in the public vs private sectors, his experience as a supervisor, transition into the private sector along with its pros and cons, and a new segment called The Analyst of Tomorrow where Charlie highlights a handful of analysts he believes have potential to do great things (or already have) in the field of law enforcement analysis. Charlie discusses his time at Cincinnati PD and Wichita PD of learning repeat offenders and locations as well as figuring out who'd be a potential offender based on their association to known offenders. Charlie highlights the benefits and assistance that the private sector can offer the public sector, and how his experience in the public sector helped him be successful in his new position. Charlie is currently a Solution Specialist Team Lead for DataWalk.
