Dr. Orosco gives details about her day-to-day experience as a dispatcher and how it helped prepared her for her role as a crime (data) analyst as well as sparked her passion for policing research and strategic analysis. Dr. Carlena Orosco is currently the acting police planning and research supervisor and police research/data analyst II for the Tempe Police Department.
