This week our guest, Nicolas Smith gives a compelling story of his educational and professional journey that took him from Trinidad and Tobago to The Big Apple. Nicolas explains how his military training helped him prepare and transition into civilian analysis, and how he helped addressed package thefts in NYC as part of his analyst badge story. Nicolas is currently a crime analyst for the New York Police Department and an adjunct professor at the College of Science, Technology, and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago.
